Supplier mineral source investigation requirements
Suppliers are required to conduct thorough investigations into the mineral sources of metals such as Au, Sn, Ta, and W in their products, and to confirm whether they originate from the Democratic Republic of Congo and its surrounding conflict zones.
Information transparency and necessary disclosure
Establish a transparent traceability mechanism and, when necessary, require suppliers to provide complete information and relevant documentation obtained from the aforementioned mineral source investigation for verification.
